ROBERT FALLS & CO. PUBLIC RELATIONS ANNOUNCES PROMOTION, TWO NEW HIRES
Allyson Smotzer Promoted; Alissa Kiktavy and Becky Casto Join Firm
Cleveland, Ohio –Robert Falls & Co. Public Relations has recently promoted Allyson Smotzer to associate art director, and added Alissa Kiktavy as senior account executive and Becky Casto as assistant account executives. Robert F. Falls, president and CEO, made the announcement.
Prior to her promotion, Allyson Smotzer was a graphic designer for the firm where she has designed and coordinated projects for various clients, including Troy-Bilt; Moen Incorporated; St. John West Shore Hospital; The Arthritis Foundation, Northeastern Ohio Chapter; and Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corp. Some projects include newsletters, dimensional mailers, direct mail pieces, logos, web-based projects and press kit components.
Smotzer has won numerous awards for her work, including a Cleveland Rocks award from the Cleveland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in fine arts focusing on visual communication design and a minor of art history.
In her role as senior account executive, Alissa Kiktavy will be handling account management for Moen Incorporated, among others.
Prior to joining Robert Falls & Co., Kiktavy was an account executive at Liggett Stashower where she specialized in media relations and brand promotions for business-to-business and consumer product clients. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with a bachelor's degree in journalism and an emphasis in business and Spanish.
Becky Casto will also be working on a number of accounts in her role as assistant account executive, including Allsteel, Lincoln Electric, Community Care Network, Noveon and Northwood University. Most recently, she served as an intern at Dix & Eaton, where she assisted with media relations and marketing communications for clients in the healthcare and nonprofit industries.
Casto graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in English writing. She also received an applied communications certificate.
