Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC (CMAG) has been retained to act as strategic and financial advisor to LeRoy Adventures, Inc., the owner and operator of New York’s Tavern on the Green restaurant, as the company prepares for a national expansion.

Tavern on the Green, founded by Warner LeRoy more than 25 years ago, is among the top grossing restaurants in the country. The company is ready to bring the Tavern style of dining and entertaining to other major U.S. markets. LeRoy Adventures is currently reviewing several expansion opportunities and anticipates announcing the restaurant’s first new market soon.
