Warren H. Feder, partner, Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, will be among featured panelists addressing how the credit crunch is impacting deal flow at Convergence 2008: The M&A Summit in the Hamptons, June 16-17 in Southampton, New York.

The event provides a forum for investors, fund managers, attorneys, corporate governance advisors, valuation professionals and others across the industry to widen their connections at a time when dealmakers are eyeing new ways of doing business.

Feder, who has more than 25 years of experience in counseling and directing corporate mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, LBOs, raising capital and investing, will serve on a panel discussion focusing on opportunities in a distressed economy.

Keynote speakers include Allan Sloan, Fortune magazine columnist and Marketplace radio commentator, and Harvey Miller, restructuring attorney with Weil Gotshal who was crowned "bankruptcy king" last year by The Wall Street Journal.

The conference will take place in the Southampton Cultural Center, across from the Agawam Park in Southampton Village.
