Carl Marks is Proud to Announce Patrick Lagrange Has Been Named President of the Turnaround Management Association.

Patrick Lagrange, managing director of Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC and CEO of Carl Marks Securities LLC, has been named president of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), a professional corporate renewal and turnaround association. Lagrange begins his one-year term as president January 1, 2009.

As president, Lagrange will chair the association's Executive Committee, as well as serve on its three-member Operating Committee. He will play a key role in assisting TMA's executive director and staff in managing the organization's day-to-day affairs.

In his position with Carl Marks, Lagrange is responsible for financial restructuring as well as private debt finance and mergers and acquisitions services.
